One commission equals one slot, if one customer orders two pieces, that customer fills up two slots. If all slots are taken, your name will be put on the wait list.

Terms of Service
1. General terms
• The artist has the right to retain all copyright over the commissioned artwork.• Artist has the right to refuse commissions if she is not confident they can finish it, "due to other commitments", a refund is available.
2. Payment
• PHP and USD is the only currency that is accepted, it can be payed through GCASH or PAYPAL• By paying the initial 50%, you agree to the terms and conditions, if any of these are broken the artist has the right to refuse the art.• Once the other half of the 50% is paid, the unwatermarked version will be sent.• Do not send any payment unless the artist gave you permmission to do it.
3. Process and delivery
• Please provide reference photos and descriptions when planning for a commssion..• The customer will be notified if the artist started the commission of the said customer.• Once the artist started the commission of the customer, the customer lose the rights to a refund.• While the artist is making the commission, she will send you sketches, so that the artist can make it the way the customer wanted it to.• The time it takes your commission to finish is in 1 week to 3 weeks depending on the artist health, the complexity of the commission, or other works.• If ever there are factors that slows down the initially estimated time. The Art Manager will inform you.• Once the artwork is finished, a unwatermarked version will be sent through the customers' social media private messages.
4. Copyright policy
• The artist has the right to post the commission on their social media account and as part of their portfolio.• The Artist has the right to promote the commission artwork everywhere.
